It doesn’t take a lot of effort to make a big change to your body.
You can get surprisingly remarkable results by just doing the basic amount of work, with a few tweaks here and there.
When it comes to losing body fat then, you’ll find that all it takes is a few tweaks to your daily routine to shred body fat!
Try incorporating some of these 4 hacks in your daily routine and see just how magical these effects can be.
1. Add Coconut Oil To Your Coffee
If you’re anything like most people, you love your coffee.
But the problem with coffee is, whilst it can boost your metabolism, your body doesn’t always absorb everything from the drink.
However, that changes when you add fats into the mix.
Increased levels of fat intake are also shown to boost testosterone levels. So, for more mental clarity, improves testosterone and an increased fat-burn effect, try adding a spoonful of Coconut Oil into your coffee.
Unless you buy a really strong oil, you can’t even taste it, either.
2. Stop Your Daily ‘Treat’
It’s common to have a treat each day, just to reward yourself for a hard day’s work or a job well done.
For me, it used to be a spoonful of Nutella after dinner.
However, by cutting even something this small out, it can have a tremendous effect on your body fat levels.
That 100 calorie spoonful adds up to 700 calories over the week.
Which, your body could really do without.
Cut out your daily treat (whatever it is) and watch the pounds drop off.
3. Add a 10-Minute Finisher To The End Your Session
HIIT Cardio is the best way of burning body fat.
But, there are other methods of burning fat that are tremendously effective, too.
For example, circuit training. Try adding a quick 10-minute circuit to the end of your session, or do some short HIIT training on the bike at the end of your session.
The results on your body fat will be tremendous, trust me.
4. Start Taking Naps
Sleep is where your body does all of its restoration.
It’s also when your body starts to really dig into your fat stores and clear out what you don’t need.
By giving your body chance to do this in the day, as well as at night, you can bring your body fat levels down quite substantially.
This also allows you to decrease your amount of stress hormone, Cortisol, which can really ‘hold-on’ to stubborn fat when it’s present.
