Why join a Group Fitness Bootcamp???

Accountability. One of the true beauties of joining a boot camp is the fact that there is an undeniable sense of accountability between you, your instructor and even your fellow campers… but more on that later. If you become a consistent attendee, and you don’t show up for a little while (a week or two), IF you’ve got yourself a good trainer, you’ll be hearing from him/her or even your friends from class sooner than later. Which brings me to your next reason…

Camaraderie. The social aspect of a group fitness class could be the main reason you keep coming back for more and more! For some it’s not that important but for others, it’s a crucial part of staying motivated, challenged and have fun at the same time.

Take the Pressure Off Yourself. It isn’t always easy to know what to do when you get to the gym, but what IS easy is going to boot camp and letting your trainer take care of the rest. When it comes to working out, you may not always know what to do and when to do it, so don’t stress it. Get yourself to a class, give it your 100% effort and I can almost guarantee you won’t get a better workout on your own, especially if you are a beginner.

Fun yet Challenging. Joining a boot camp experience may be, surprisingly fun!

• Is it challenging? Yes.

• Will it push you to your next level physically? Sure, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have any fun along the way.

• Some boot camp instructors incorporate fun and engaging challenges, games, and competitions to keeps you engaged and entertained.

Get Leaner Faster. There’s no doubt in my mind that if you’ve got yourself a good boot camp class and you give it your 100% effort each time…

you will start seeing and feeling the results much faster than would ever on your own.

If joining a boot camp class is right for you, DO IT! You won’t regret it!
