A Workout FIT For YOUR Lifestyle!

You’re just leaving the office after, yet another, exhausting day.  You could workout and make use of those dumbbells hiding in your garage. Orrrrr you could sit your ass on the couch and catch the game with a cold beer in hand.  We both know how this internal debate ends!  And so continues the endless cycle that led to that ever-growing beer belly (and that impenetrable layer of dust that has accumulated on those dumbbells in your garage).

Good news, WE GET IT and WE HAVE A SOLUTION!  Our team of fitness experts put together a quick (no joke, it’s only 14 minutes!), full-body workout that will rev your metabolism, charge up your energy reserves and start chipping away at that gut.  The best part is, you can do the whole thing in the comfort of your own garage, or even better, in front of the TV while watching the game. And that cold beer will still await you but now as a reward for your hard work!

What you need:

  • 1 KettleClamp (we’ll work up to 2, so be prepared – Shop Now
  • 1 heavy weight, 15-30lbs, dumbbell (KettleClamp attached)
  • 1 moderate weight, 7-15lbs, dumbbell (KettleClamp attached)

Tips before you get started:

  • Put on some good music (whatever motivates you, we’re not here to judge)
  • Remove watch, jewelry, rings
  • Have water and a towel handy and make sure you wear proper workout shoes
  • Take before (#GetMyFitTogether) & after (#GotMyFitTogether) selfies (or else it doesn’t count)

Now get to work:

Perform each exercise for the prescribed time and rest for 30 seconds after each. After each circuit, rest a full minute. Complete the circuit 2 times (14 minutes total).   Full-Body Get-in-Shape Circuit
