
Ever wonder how your Elf on the Shelf stays in such good shape? How about the fact that these little guys span the globe and work their butts off for a solid thirty days before Christmas reporting back to Santa who’s been naughty or nice?
Yep. They’re pretty impressive. But don’t be fooled. Just like us, they need to workout and most importantly build their endurance and stamina so they can travel the world as fast as possible.
So after countless hours of spying, we were able to find out how our Elf on the Shelf works out and it’s no elfing joke!
Tough Mudder Elf Training
While we spied on our Elf, we overheard her saying that she’s training for a Tough Mudder Elf Event on January 1, 2016. This explains the moves she chose for her workout:

Yoga Cool Down
After a tough training session, we noticed that our Elf switched over to some yoga inspired moves to cool her down.

By the end of this 45-minute circuit, our Elf was covered in sweat and bursting with energy.
