Quest Nutrition Quest Bar

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last few years, you have heard of Quest Nutrition and their massively popular Quest bars. What started as a small group of wellness enthusiasts in a kitchen trying to come up with a bar that tastes good and is good for you, has turned into an international mega business that has forever raised the bar (yes, that was a pun) in the supplement industry. One flavor led to two, and now Quest boasts over 20 different flavors of bars that range from cookies and cream to pumpkin pie. In a supplement category that demands manufacturers provide both nutrition and great taste, Quest appears to be hitting the proverbial nail on the head as their fans have created and posted to social media hundreds of delectable dessert recipes that use Quest bars as the main ingredient. That should tell you a little something about the taste.

At the heart of every Quest bar is a philosophy that strives to deliver healthy foods that don’t necessarily taste like you are eating clean. Super low in processed sugar, high in prebiotic fiber and packed with multiple forms of whey protein, Quest bars are good for building muscle, keeping your appetite under control between meals and even as a food stuff in the super stringent diets of physique athletes. While we would like to see more evenly balanced macronutrient profiles in Quest bars and a little less of the processed ingredients, there is no denying that Quest bars taste great, which is why we think they make for a great bar to include in your gym bag no matter what your goal is.
