But it doesn’t have to be unenjoyable! You can learn to love it with some help from me…

Just think of the sore muscles as one step closer to your dream legs!
1. Barbell Back Squats
This is one functional movement and can be useful in everyday life as well.
Such as bending down to pick up groceries, or a heavy box, etc. Definitely recommend implementing this into your leg day routine if you haven’t already.
2. Leg Press
Another one of my faves! Make sure you are implementing proper form while doing these.
3. Leg Extension Machine
99% of gyms will have this machine, and I love it because it isolates the quad muscles. Nothing more enjoyable than the burning of your quad muscles…kidding…not really though!
4. Hamstring Curls
Did you know that the hamstring is one of the most under-used muscles in most people?
Well, that is exactly why you should work yours.
It is a crucial muscle in a lot of activities and can help do everyday activities as well.
5. Deadlifts – Another Functional Movement!
This exercise, I would rate, as slightly more advanced than the others mentioned above, just because getting the correct form down can be hard at first, but if done correctly can really target the lower body very well.
